NEBULA REAZ informs you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data by contacting the Data Controller, as well as revoke the consent given.

Right of Access: You have the right to obtain information about your specific personal data and the processing that has been carried out or is being carried out, as well as the available information about the origin of said data and the communications made or planned.

Right of Rectification: You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. This rectification can only be made regarding information under the control of the APP, for example, the deletion of comments published on the page, images, or web content containing your personal data.

The letter sent by the data subject requesting the exercise of a particular right must meet the following legal requirements:

  • Name and surname of the data subject and a copy of their National Identity Document or Foreigner Identity Document or any other identifying document. In exceptional cases where representation is accepted, representatives must also identify themselves in the same way, along with the document accrediting their status as a representative. The photocopy of the National Identity Document can be replaced by other documents that prove identity by any other means allowed by law.

  • The specific content of the request. (Indicate the information you want to access). If no specific file is mentioned, all information containing your personal data will be provided. If information about a specific file is requested, only the information contained in that file will be provided. If you request information about a third party, it will be denied in all cases. If you request information by phone, you will be asked to make the request in writing; instructions on how to do this and the address to send your request will be provided. No information will be provided over the phone.

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on Personal Data Protection and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), NEBULA REAZ informs users that it has created profiles on the social network(s) Twitter, Instagram, with the primary purpose of advertising its products and services.

The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by NEBULA REAZ, thus showing interest in the information made public through the Network. By joining our page, the user authorizes us to use the personal information published in their profile.

The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time or configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

NEBULA REAZ has access to and processes public information about users, especially their contact name. This information is only used within the Social Network. It is not incorporated into any file.

Regarding the rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data, which assist you and which you can exercise under the GDPR, you should note the following:

Publications
Once joined to NEBULA REAZ's page, the user can post comments, links, images, photos, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. In all cases, the user must own the rights to such content, holding rights of authorship and intellectual property, or have the consent of the third parties involved. Any content uploaded to the page, whether text, graphics, videos, etc., that violates morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, or that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the Law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, NEBULA REAZ reserves the right to immediately remove the content, potentially blocking the user permanently.

NEBULA REAZ is not responsible for content freely published by a user. The user should note that their publications will be seen by other users. Consequently, the user is primarily responsible for protecting their own privacy.

Images published on the page will not be stored in any file by NEBULA REAZ but will remain on the Social Network.

Contests and Promotions
NEBULA REAZ reserves the right to organize contests and promotions in which users connected to its page can participate. When the Social Network is used for these contests and promotions, the terms will be published there. All such activities will comply with the LSSI-CE and other applicable regulations. The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.

Advertising
NEBULA REAZ will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. In all cases, if direct marketing actions are carried out to collect contact information, it will always comply with the GDPR and LSSI-CE. Recommending NEBULA REAZ's page to other users will not be considered advertising to allow them to also enjoy the promotions offered or stay informed of its activity.
