NEBULA REAZ reserves the right to make the modifications it considers appropriate, without prior notice, to these General Terms. These modifications may be made, through its website, using any method permitted by law, and will be enforceable during the time they are published on the website, until they are validly modified by other subsequent modifications. However, NEBULA REAZ reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, specific Special Terms of Contracting in preference to these General Terms when it considers this appropriate, giving due notice thereof in proper form.

The website's purpose is marketing of clothing and accessories.

The contract's duration will be linked to delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

By using this website, you expressly declare that you know, understand, and accept the terms of use and these general terms of contracting. Furthermore, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to act required to access NEBULA REAZ's website and contract through said website.

Registration and Data Protection

You can register as a user of the website to make purchases online. Pursuant to current applicable legislation on data protection, NEBULA REAZ informs you that personal data collected during the registration process and subsequent purchases will be included in the processing system owned by NEBULA REAZ, with the purpose of managing your actions and the subsequent actions derived therefrom.

Your data will be kept only as long as necessary to fulfill this purpose, unless legally required otherwise. The legal basis for processing your data is the correct performance of the contract and your consent.

Offer and Validity

For any product on offer, the price and validity of the offer will be specified, along with its basic features. NEBULA REAZ reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or modify the products offered on its website at any time, without prior notice. Products available at any given time will be governed by the General Terms in force at that time.

Prices and Payments

All product prices are displayed in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If other taxes apply (e.g., IGIC or IPSI), they will be indicated accordingly.

Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 30 calendar days of purchase. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Faulty or damaged products can be returned at no cost.

Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and NEBULA REAZ is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes may be submitted to arbitration or the ordinary courts, as appropriate, and will adhere to the user’s domicile jurisdiction within Spain.
